At the upper echelons of what is possible, we have been kicking around the term 'Heirloom quality dabware'- that is precisley what these are.
This is one of the most powerful materials known to man. The thermal properties are on an entirely different scale than anything else we use. We have inflicted no damage whatsoever to our test pieces with a series of tests (sledgehammer is next).
Diamondium is also one of the most expensive materials available. We are looking at $100,000-$140,000 per kilogram material costs. For the few finished products we can find in the world made from it, the costs are mind boggling. This project is about doing it to make the best items regardless of price.
